Layered Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
3/4 c. chopped ripe olives (optional)
3 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients and spread in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spread the sour cream over avocado mixture.
Mix the cream cheese and picante sauce and spread over sour cream.
Combine the olives and tomatoes and spread over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top.
Serve with large corn chips.
