Pineapple-Waldorf Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 c. cooked shell pasta
    1 red apple, cored and cubed
    1 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts, toasted
    2 Tbsp. low-calorie mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. low-calorie sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice.
    Combine pineapple, pasta, apple, celery and nuts in a large bowl.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, reserved pineapple juice and salt.
    Add to salad.
    Toss until well mixed; chill well before serving.
