Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes and mash.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Put mixture into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve and enjoy.
