    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cold water
Preparation
