Mom'S Caramel Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    5 to 6 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat milk, sugar, salt and Crisco just until Crisco is melted. Pour into mixing bowl.
    When lukewarm, add 1 cup of flour.
    Add softened yeast.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add 2 eggs.
    Add enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn onto floured surface, let stand 5 minutes and then knead until smooth.
