Crispy Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oleo or butter
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soak together milk and coconut.
    Beat eggs together and add sugar, softened oleo or butter, vanilla, milk and coconut.
    Stir all together and pour into 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 until done.
