cracker crumbs
broth
flour

Preparation

Boil chicken wings.
Remove from pan; cool.
Put flour into a flat bowl separately.
Put broth into another bowl.
Put cracker crumbs into a 3rd bowl.
Dip wings into flour first, then into broth, then into cracker crumbs.
Put into deep fryer just enough to give a good crust.
