Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sherry
    1 pt. or more sour cream
    crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil chicken breast; mix soup, sour cream and sherry.
    Place in casserole dish and pour soup mix over it.
    Crush Ritz crackers, blend with butter and sprinkle with poppy seed.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
