Quick Spoon Rolls(Children'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. baking mix
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine baking mix, yeast and sugar in bowl.
    Add egg and water, mixing well.
    Spoon into greased muffin cups.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Batter can be stored in covered container for up to one week in refrigerator.
