Cole Slaw-Stuffed Tomato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size ripe tomatoes
    cole slaw
    lettuce, shredded (garnish)
Preparation
    Dip tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute.
    Drain, peel and chill.
    Hollow out a large center and fill tomatoes with cole slaw. Chill until serving time and serve on a bed of freshly shredded lettuce.
    Serves 6.
