Peach Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 gal. peaches, sliced (peeling and all)
2 c. vinegar
8 c. sugar

Preparation

Cook down until very thick.
Stir to keep from sticking.
Pack into jars.
Heat lids to seal.
(Takes several hours.)
