Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison round steak or rump roast
    2 cans onion soup
    1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can mushrooms
    butter
Preparation
    Cut meat in thin strips and wrap in foil.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Add to soup and sour cream.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Saute mushrooms in butter before adding to mixture.
    Serve on wild rice. Half brown rice may be used in place of the wild rice.
