Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
    5 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add rice and salt to the 5 cups boiling water and reduce heat to medium.
    Cook rice for 20 minutes until water is cooked away. Mix eggs, milk and sugar in bowl.
    Add cooked rice and stir.
    Add vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Pour rice mixture into a greased (butter) baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center is done.
