Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. coarsely chopped chicken
1/2 lb. fresh seedless grapes, sliced in half
1 (12 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 1/2 c. toasted almonds or pecans
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
1 (10 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
Preparation

Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and soy sauce. Mix with all other ingredients and chill.
