Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. corn bread batter
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Add all other ingredients except corn bread batter and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour into greased casserole pan and spread batter on top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 or 25 minutes.
