Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken, cooked, cooled and cut into bite-size pieces
    2 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. onion flakes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. rice, cooked in chicken broth
    1 can (small) fried onion topping or crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except fried onion topping (or potato chips).
    Place in baking dish, covering with fried onion topping or potato chips.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
