Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 frozen pie shells
    2 c. sugar
    7 oz. Angel Flake coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until done in center.
    For 1 pie use 3 eggs and half the other ingredients.
    Delicious and easy. Makes two.
