Double Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cottage cheese, (I use small curd)
1 lrge. pkg. orange Jell-O
1 med. can mandarin oranges, drained
12 oz. cool whip
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Mix cottage cheese and dry Jell-O until blended.
Add oranges and pineapple.
Fold in cool whip.
This recipe can be served immediately, but handles better if it can set at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator, can also be made the night before.
