Marco Polo Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 can (16 oz.) Chinese vegetables
3 c. cooked rice
pepper to taste
1 to 1 1/2 c. Chinese noodles
Preparation

Mix all together except noodles.
Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish, covered.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Take out of oven and sprinkle with noodles.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes more.
