Mock Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    1 large pkg. pizza cheese
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Brown
    ground
    beef; drain.
    Add onion and celery; cook until tender.
    Add
    spaghetti
    sauce, salt and pepper; simmer for approximately 1 hour.
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.\tAdd
    sauce; mix well.
    In a greased casserole, alternate\tlayers of macaroni and sauce, beginning with macaroni and
    ending
    with
    cheese.\tBake in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
