Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Place chicken skin side up on top of rice mixture.
    Melt 1/4 pound butter and drizzle over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    If using a glass dish, bake at 325\u00b0.
    May use whole chicken or parts as desired.
