Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 c. vegetable or olive oil
Preparation
    In a resealable plastic bag, combine the first 6 ingredients. Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces (or use chicken tenderloins). Place a few chicken pieces into bag and shake to coat. Heat oil in skillet; cook chicken, turning often until browned and juices run clear, about 6 to 8 minutes.
