Mama'S Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    6 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter till light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
    Add sour cream.
    Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla; pour into greased and floured pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50-60 minutes or until cake test done.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

    24 servings.
