Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1/2) chicken breasts, skinned
    Swiss cheese
    flour
    2 eggs
    bread crumbs
    butter or margarine
    baked ham slices
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts flat; top with cheese and ham slices. Cut these 2 1/2-inches smaller than chicken breasts.
    Fold in half and press edges together.
    Lightly coat with flour and dip into 2 beaten eggs with a pinch of salt.
    Coat with bread crumbs; press on firmly.
    Saute in butter or margarine until lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes or until done.
