Vegetable Salad - Marinated - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. olive or canola oil
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic, minced (or more)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of minced onion
    dash of celery seed
    dash of parsley
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 can pitted black olives, halved
    1 (6 to 12 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, minced onion, celery seed and parsley.
