Boston Cream Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. corn syrup
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. Pet milk
    black walnuts (about 1 c.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook all except vanilla and nuts to soft boil stage.
    Beat until thick.
    Add vanilla and nuts, beating until thick.
    Pour into greased dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Cut into squares.
