Golden Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 \"stack pack\" Premium saltine crackers
    3/4 lb. sliced Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cover the bottom of a 12 x 8-inch baking dish with half a \"stack pack\" of crackers.
    Cover the crackers with the sliced Velveeta.
    Top with the chopped onion and the remaining crackers. Over this, pour a mixture of the eggs, milk, mustard and pepper. Set the casserole aside for 1 hour, then pop it into a 325\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika, and there's your fluffy light cheese main dish!
    Serve it at once.
