Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. grated sharp Cheddar
1 oz. pkg. Ranch Dressing (original recipe)
parsley (optional)
1/4 c. chopped and toasted pecans
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Add sharp Cheddar, Ranch dressing and parsley.
Mix all together and form into a ball.
Roll in pecans.
Serve with party crackers.
