Blue Cheese Apple Toasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese
    1/4 c. light cream cheese
    1 tsp. milk
    1 apple
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    6 large sliced French bread
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
    pinch of dried dill weed
    pinch of coarsely ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix Blue cheese, cream cheese and milk until well combined.
    Set aside.
    Core apple.
    Cut in half and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Toss with lemon juice.
    Toast bread. Spread with Blue cheese mixture and top with apple slices. Sprinkle with walnuts, dill and pepper.
    Makes 6 servings.
