Pumpkin Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg to taste (1/4 tsp. each)
    1 c. milk or buttermilk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. pumpkin (canned is okay)
    1/4 c. sour cream or yogurt (light is okay)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Set aside. In another small bowl, mix the milk or buttermilk, egg, pumpkin, sour cream or yogurt, melted butter and vanilla. Add slowly into dry mixture. Mix until combined (will rise). Stir before cooking.
