Apple Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lasagna noodles
2 (21 oz.) cans apple pie filling
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. quick oats
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Cook noodles in large pot of boiling water. Drain. Spread 1 can pie filling in greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Layer 4 noodles over filling. Combine next 5 ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Spread evenly over noodles. Layer remaining noodles over mixture. Spoon remaining pie filling over noodles. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Sprinkle on top. Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes. Yields 12 servings.
