Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini (4 to 6 small zucchini)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease oblong pan.
    Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan.
    Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
    Cut into small squares.
    May be frozen before reheating.
    Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese before reheating.
