Grandma Dula'S Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 lb. roast beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. celery
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 jalapeno peppers (without seeds)
    few drops of hot sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Cut about 1 or 1 1/2-inch holes all over in roast.
    Stuff ingredients in holes and bake in oven for about 1 1/2 or 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
