Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) large container sour cream
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Mix soup and sour cream and set aside.
    Mix potatoes and cheese.
    Pour melted butter over potatoes.
    Fold in soup mixture. Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Crumble crackers over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Uncover last 10 minutes.
