Cream Cheese Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg Pillsbury Crescent rolls
    2 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened but not soft
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg separated
    1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
    Layer in a 9 x 13 inch pan 1 roll of crescent rolls.
    With mixer, beat cream cheese till light and fluffy.
    Then add egg yolk, sugar and vanilla, Mix well.
    Pour on top of crescent rolls in pan. Layer second roll on top of mixture.
    Whip egg white slightly, them spread on top of rolls.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or till brown on top.
    Cool.
    Cut in slices, store in refrigerator.
