Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1 stick butter or oleo, melted
1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation

Blend sugar and flour; add 6 tablespoons pineapple juice.
Mix well; add cheese and pineapple chunks.
Toss and place in buttered oblong baking dish.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Pour melted butter over crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
May be used as side dish or dessert.
