Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix and pie filling
    1 c. Minute rice, cooked
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil.
    Pour into serving bowls.
    Serve warm or cold sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add rice and raisins to milk and pudding mixture before cooking.
    Serves 10.
