Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Cream oil, eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and blend together well. Pour into prepared tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes. Add topping when cake is cool.
