Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon or vanilla flavor
1 pkg. marshmallows (optional)
Preparation

Cook potatoes until soft.
Peel and mash until lumps disappear.
Add all ingredients, one at a time.
Mix until slightly firm.
Grease baking pan.
Add mixture and bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, until golden brown.
Top with marshmallows.
