Curried Pork With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sliced pork loin
2 c. red apple, chopped
1/4 c. onion (raw)
1 tsp. canola oil
1 tsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. skim milk
2 c. brown rice, cooked
Preparation

Bake pork until done.
Chop apples and onions and saute in oil until tender.
Stir in flour, salt, ginger and curry powder.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly.
Cook until thickened and pour over pork.
Serve over brown rice.
