Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    14 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar, yeast and salt in water.
    Add flour and mix, then knead good.
    Let rise at least 1 hour.
    Store leftovers in icebox and is better the next day.
    Bake at 450\u00b0.
    Makes 4 crusts.
