Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put in food processor and blend until creamy.
    Pour into greased salad ring mold.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Unmold onto dish.
    Fill center with strawberry preserves.
    Serve with crackers.
