Vegetable Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayo
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    minced garlic
    pepper and salt
    2 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1 (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
    1/4 c. onion
    1/2 c. grated carrot
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients.
    Then add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Before serving, chill.
