Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. mashed bananas (3 to 4)
Preparation
    Grease and flour 3 (9-inch) round cake pans or 1 tube or Bundt pan.
    Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl and stir by hand until thoroughly blended.
    Add eggs and oil.
    Stir until moist. Add all other ingredients.
    Spoon into pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes for 3 cake pans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours for tube or Bundt pan.
