Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 sticks butter
1 box vanilla wafers
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
5 bananas, sliced lengthwise
1 large tub Cool Whip
Preparation

Crush vanilla wafers and mix with 1 1/2 sticks melted butter. Spread in an oblong cake pan.
Cream together powdered sugar, eggs and 1 stick of butter; beat until fluffy and spread over crust. Layer on top of cream mixture in this order:
1 can pineapple, bananas and Cool Whip.
Top with crushed pecans and maraschino cherries.
