Prairie Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed
    1 1/2 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges; set aside.
    Mix all dry ingredients in a shallow dish.
    Dip potato wedges in butter, then coat with crumb mixture.
    Place on greased cookie sheet. Pour remaining butter around wedges.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
