1 small can peas
1 small can mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts
1 can French-style green beans
1 can Chinese vegetables
1 1/2 c. celery
1 small red onion, diced
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
2/3 c. white vinegar
