Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 qt. chicken broth
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 clove garlic
    1 lb. mild cheese, grated
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Stew the hen; cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Cook spaghetti in broth with tomatoes and garlic on low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally from the bottom.
    Do not drain.
    Add mushrooms and chicken.
    Set aside for 30 minutes.
    Stir in cheese and cream.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
