Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut chicken into pieces.
    Boil until tender.
    Remove from broth reserving 2 cups.
    Bring broth back to boil.
    Add rice, cover and set aside for 5 minutes.
    Bone and dice chicken.
    Add Ro-Tel, soups and chicken to rice.
    Stir well.
    Add cheese and stir.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
