Toasted Pecan Clusters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
3 c. pecan pieces
12 oz. chocolate flavored candy coating
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Spread pecans evenly in pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Place candy coating in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until candy coating melts.
Cool 2 minutes; add pecans and stir until coated. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper.
Cool completely. Makes 4 dozen.
